What you are agreeing to.
OutofOptions is a paid social discovery platform for men and women. You pay to get yourself seen and found: your photo, your name, your hobbies and your social handles, in front of everyone who visits. What you pay is what decides how high up you appear — nothing else does. These are the rules, written to match exactly what the site does.

The short version
- List yourself, not other people. You may only create a listing for yourself, with your own photo and your own handles. Listing someone else is the one thing that gets a listing removed fastest.
- 18 or over. You must be 18 or older to be listed or to bid.
- Highest total sits at #1. Every dollar you have ever bid counts toward your position, forever.
- Money is not refundable and does not expire. Being passed costs you the spot, not the money. Your bid stays on the board holding whatever rank it can.
- Taking your name off is not a refund either. You can turn your own listing Anonymous whenever you like. Your name, photo, tagline, hobbies and handles all go. The rank and the money stay.
- Anyone can ask to have a listing about them removed. If a listing shows you and you did not put it there, we take it down. The money paid for it is not returned to whoever paid it.
Who may be listed
Only yourself
You may create a listing only for yourself. Do not create one for a friend, a partner, an ex, a colleague, a celebrity, or anyone else, whatever the reason and however the photo was obtained. A listing is a public claim that a real person wants to be discovered and contacted, and it is not yours to make about anybody else.
You must be 18 or older
Both to be listed and to place a bid. Listings that appear to show a minor are removed immediately and permanently, without a request and without any payment being returned.
Your own photo, your own accounts
The photo must be of you and yours to use. The Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X handles must be accounts you control, and each has to be a real profile on that platform — your handle, or a link to your own profile there. A post, a short link, or a link to any other site is refused when you save it.
No links in your name or your line
Those four handles are the only links a listing carries. Your display name and your one line about you are plain text, and both are checked for web addresses, including disguised ones. A paid rank is not a billboard for somewhere nobody here can see or moderate.
Nothing sexual
No nudity, no sexual content, and no links to adult platforms — in the photo, the tagline, or the linked accounts.
Real people only
No brands, products, group chats, invite links, or listings for anything that is not a person who wants to be contacted.
How ranking works
Rank is the total, not the last bid
Each listing has a running total of everything ever paid for it. The board is sorted by that total, highest first. There is no algorithm, no recency boost, no promotion — the single exception is an exact tie, and that is settled by placement order, just below.
Bids add up
Bidding again on a listing raises it: either you name the total you want it to hold and pay only the difference from what it holds now, or you take the #1 spot and pay the gap to the leader. Nothing is ever spent down or deducted, and nobody else can take your rank by paying that same difference — they are bidding against your whole total.
Bids are whole dollars
Every amount is a whole number of US dollars. Totals from earlier bids may still show cents; new bids cannot add any.
A tie keeps the earlier listing ahead
If two listings hold exactly the same total, the one that was placed first takes the higher rank. An older listing that raises itself to match a younger one moves ahead of it; a younger one that matches an older listing stays behind. A brand-new listing is the youngest of all, so paying exactly what another listing holds puts you directly behind it, not level with it — to pass it you need the $1 above.
Passing anyone costs a step
Landing directly above a listing costs that listing's total plus $1. That is the price at every rank, #1 included: the top spot carries no premium, and the site shows the live figure for it. Matching a total exactly is allowed too, and the tie rule above decides who is ahead. No amount is refused for being awkward — bid what you like and it lands wherever the money reaches, above, below or between the listings already there.
Two separate boards
The men's and women's boards rank independently. A listing competes only against the board it is on, and its board cannot be changed after it is created.
Nothing expires
Listings and bids stay up indefinitely. A listing drops off the board only if it is removed under the removal rules below.
Bidding and what you pay
Minimum $1 to list, $1 to raise, maximum $999,999
A new listing starts at $1. Raising a listing already on the board costs at least $1. No single bid may exceed $999,999. Bid up to it and bid again: bids add up.
Three ways to bid
Pick an amount prices a brand-new listing: whatever you put in lands wherever it reaches, from $1. Take the #1 spot is priced when you start — the gap between this listing and the leader, plus $1. Raise to lets you name any total above what your listing already holds and pays the difference. Paying less than any quoted price is allowed, and puts you wherever that money reaches.
You are charged the figure you chose, and no other
The amount in the price box is the amount that goes to checkout. Naming a figure larger than what #1 costs today does not quietly swap you onto the cheaper price — if that is what you want, Take the #1 spot is there to be picked, priced beside it. Nothing on this site charges an amount you did not choose.
The spot quoted beside a price is live, not reserved
The home page reads the board as it stands and tells you which position a figure would take right now; the bid sheet prices what a bid costs at the moment you open it. Neither holds that position for you, and neither is a promise about where you will land — the board can move between the quote and the payment clearing, which is what the next rule is about. What is fixed is the money: you pay what you chose, and it lands on your total.
If the board moves while you are paying
Your money still counts. A bid is never refused for being outbid — if someone passes the leader before your payment clears, your payment lands on your total anyway and you take whatever rank that total reaches. You can then bid again from there. The price you were quoted is the only price: nothing here charges an amount other than the one you approved, and no rank is credited beyond what you paid.
Quotes hold for 15 minutes
After that a quote expires and settles nothing. Start a new bid.
Paying twice does not charge twice
A bid is recorded once. A duplicated payment notification, a double-clicked button or a retried request all resolve to the same single bid.
Money
Bids are not refundable
Not when someone passes you, not when you change your mind, and not when you leave. You are paying for a position on a public page for as long as your total holds it, and that is delivered the moment the bid settles.
Being outbid is the expected outcome
The whole point of the board is that anyone can pay more than you at any time. Assume it will happen. Bid what you are willing to spend and not see again.
Removal does not return money
If a listing is removed — including one removed because it was about someone who never consented — the money already paid for it is not returned to whoever paid it.
Making a listing Anonymous is not a refund
Stripping the personal details off your own listing changes what the board shows about you, not what was paid for the position. The listing keeps its total and its rank under the name Anonymous, no money is returned, and the choice cannot be reversed.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes a refund right you have by law in your country. Where such a right exists, it wins over this page.
Removal, and reporting a listing
If a listing shows you and you did not create it
Tell us and we will take it down. You do not have to prove ownership of the photo, pay anything, or explain yourself, and you do not need an account. Use the Report this listing link on the listing itself, or DM @viprymr on X.
What gets removed
A listing that shows someone who did not put it there; one that appears to show a minor; sexual content; a photo used without the right to use it; impersonation; harassment; or anything else the rules on who may be listed forbid.
What removal does
The listing stops appearing on the board and its public page stops resolving. Everyone ranked below it moves up one place.
We can remove a listing without being asked
We may hide any listing at any time, for the reasons above or because keeping it up is untenable. We would rather remove a legitimate listing in error than leave a harmful one up.
Your listing, and editing it
How ownership is proved
Creating a listing gives your browser a secret token, kept in that browser's local storage. Whoever holds the token can edit the listing. There are no accounts and no passwords.
Losing the token loses the edit rights
Clear your browser data, or move to another device, and you can no longer edit the listing from there. The listing and its total are unaffected — they stay exactly where they are. The recovery link shown to you after you pay is the one way to hand those rights to another browser, so keep it. We cannot recover a token or transfer a listing for you, because we have no way to tell who you are.
What you can change
Your photo, your one line, your three hobbies and your four handles. Your display name and your board are fixed when the listing is created — otherwise a paid rank could be quietly turned into a listing for a different person.
Hobbies come from a list
You may show up to three. You type to search the list, but only what the list offers can be chosen — a hobby you could invent would be a free-text field, and a free-text field on a paid listing becomes another place to put a handle or an address.
Taking your name off, and what it does not do
You can make your own listing Anonymous from the listing itself. The display name becomes Anonymous and the photo, tagline, hobbies and handles are deleted. What you paid, the rank it holds and the public bid ledger are all untouched: this removes your identity from the board, not your listing, and it is not a refund. There is no way to put any of it back afterwards.
What is public, and what is permanent
Your listing is public
Your photo, name, tagline, handles, total paid, number of bids and rank are visible to anyone, with no login. They are meant to be shared and will be indexed by search engines.
The bid ledger is public and permanent
Every settled bid is recorded — the amount, the resulting rank, when it happened, and who it passed — and shown on the listing's page and the activity feed. Records are never edited or deleted, so a removed listing's bids stay in the ledger even after the listing itself is gone.
Your photo is uploaded and stored here
You choose an image and it is uploaded to this site's storage. It is served from a public web address: unguessable, but not secret — anyone you give that address to can open the image without going to your listing, and search engines can reach it through your listing. Do not upload anything you would mind being public, because that is what being on this board is.
Making a listing Anonymous deletes the file
The photo is not merely hidden. The uploaded image is deleted from storage, so the address stops working. What is beyond reach is what already left: copies other people saved, and caches that have not yet caught up.
Data
What is stored
What you type into the listing form, the image you upload, your bid history, and the ownership token. No account, no password, no address book, and no tracking of you across other sites.
Payment details
Card details go to the payment provider and are never stored on this site.
Deletion
Ask and your listing is removed from the board and its personal details deleted. The bid ledger entries remain, because they are the record of what everyone paid and the ranking is meaningless without them — but they carry amounts and timestamps, not your photo or handles.
The boring but necessary part
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that a bid will make you first, that anyone will contact you, or that being listed will be a good experience. We do not vet or verify anyone on the board, and we are not responsible for what people do with the handles they find here.
These rules can change
When they do, the date at the top changes. Rules about how ranking and money work will not be changed retroactively against bids that have already settled.

List yourself. If you find a listing showing someone else, report it — it costs nothing and we do not ask you to prove anything.
